Creating route efficiency for scheduling
Hello all, I'm looking for tips on how to adjust our schedule to create the most efficient route for our technicians. As it stands, we have an online booking system that allows customers to book appointments for the following windows: morning (8:00AM-12:30PM) or afternoon (12:30PM-5:00PM). We do allow for multiple bookings in the same window and this is where the route efficiency can get messed up. In the past, we would adjust the appointment start time to create the efficient route. Now we have email automations setup and we do not want to confuse the customer by sending them an email with an arrival window different from what they originally booked. Is there a way to rearrange the appointments for route efficiency without changing the appointment start time?235Views2likes4CommentsMap and Routing
Brief: Is there a way to see all client properties (active and inactive) overlaid with active work properties? Context: It would be nice to have the ability to see all properties (including inactive jobs or just customers in the area) in the vicinity of an active job when scheduling. This could create opportunities for inspections, follow-ups, upsells, and general efficiency for our business. Does anyone have a workaround for this? Ideally, it would be similar to the toggle for "unscheduled jobs" so there is still the ability to have a clean view of what work is pressing. Preferably color coded and available on the mobile app. Any advice would be appreciated! Alternatively, is there a way to see all clients (active and inactive) by a geographic scope (county, municipality, by tag, etc.)? *I am aware that this view exists in part under route optimization under settings but without the ability to see active jobs.473Views1like4CommentsAre Business 2 business corporate models welcome here?
The business I'm trying to get into isn't exactly marketed to homeowners. while indeed my job would take me right up and to the easement in your yard, my clients are the ISPs and their prime subcontractors not the public. Which is to say, Joe citizen would not be interested in hiring me under the scope of my services offered through my inc. With that in mind, am I in the wrong place? I try to find my industry under the categories given and telecoms ain't up there. Closest I see is IT SERVICESSolved73Views1like4CommentsSchedule
Hello community, we have an average of 150 jobs on our schedules every day, how do i get to put all the jobs on jobber and have a daily view before assigning to a tech, I perform the dispatching role and we have to use a different schedule , like outlook to se all our schedule at one time, but we would like to use jobber, the only problems is that assigned jobs don't fit on that little window on the left.787Views1like5Comments
