How to quote materials accurately and avoid underbidding as a landscaping contractor?
Hey everyone, I’m a small landscaping contractor just starting out to use the jobber and the interface and one of the challenges. Me and my team are having is consistent quoting. Often times we find ourselves going back to clients because we underbid materials and I’m not pleased about it. What is the best way in jobber that you guys find to help quote out jobs? Do you just have a baseline markup on all your materials or do you go different each job?28Views1like2CommentsHow do you market a pressure washing business and get your first clients when you're just starting out?

Hello! I just started a junk removal business last week and have had 3 jobs 2 of which are pending waiting for customers response. How do I get more traffic to my Facebook page? I’ve had 2,300 views but only 70+ engagements. And I would like to know how other junk removal services are operating their business to maximize closure rates, as well as their talk tracks when talking to a customer. i would also like to give a discount to veterans/seniors. How would you guys go about that for junk removal? Is it better to own 100% of the business ? Or add investors ?
Hello fellow colleagues , I've ran this contract business for about 10 years and gradually increased in overall revenue. But it seems I've hit a peak due to inflation and competition. Not to mention the economy is not doing too well. I've considered adding investors and sell portion of the company to keep investing but I also know the potential we have in a healthy economy and dont want to regret bringing investors and having to pay big percentage of the earnings . Any advice for those that possibly went trough this or have a strategy that are in a similar situation ?Junk Removal Owners — What’s One Thing You Wish You Knew in the First 90 Days?
