Working with another company
Hi all, I own commercial/residential cleaning company. Recently I acquired a new client to clean his office/warehouse. He owns a home remodeling business. He would like to use our services to clean after his projects are complete. Which by the way is a great marketing idea on his part. I have never had this ask before and I want to be fair to both our companies in making money. Any advise from both sides of cleaning companies and home remodeling. Thank you for your time and input.
Recurring Revenue
We are looking to implement more recurring revenue services into our electrical business. Our customers are mostly residential on-off work. We have serval recurring customers but needs some ideas to market to draw in more monthly or annual services. Has anyone had any luck in the residential side of recurring services? If so what are some that have best benefited you?
Lawn Maintenance For Free
I am starting a new lawn and landscaping business. I have some customers now but want to grow significantly. Is it advisable to offer 1 or 2 mowings to gain more clients in a tighter geography? I have found, in the past, that offering services for free tends to devalue the service. But I am eager to bring my service route much closer to each other. I would love to hear ideas and experiences.

Expanding our brand
Hi We have a air duct and dryer vent cleaning service and would like to increase our leads in that market. Additionally we are trying to incorporate carpet/upholstery cleaning service but we are unsure of how to price them. How do we go about determining the price range for these services?
