How are you handling admin overload as your cleaning business grows?

I've implemented a lot of scheduled tasks through Claude for the admin side on Jobber, from following up on failed invoices, updating a monthly KPI dashboard with key metrics I always track, to building small tools that will do the manual work for me (review scraping to identify key reasons why people choose to work with us or identifying customer milestones to extend their Lifetime Value).
