1. How did you get your first 10 paying customers when you were starting out?

I'd say if you're just starting, keep things very simple. Don't buy 100 different tools and products. Don't go out and buy a van with a $10,000 setup. Start with a few tools and products under $250 (depending what your budget is) and go detail your friends/family members vehicles.
Ask them to leave you a review on Google, get a ton of before/after photos, get content for social media, and ask for a referral! You can get a lot of momentum going with your inner circle!
