Starting a property maintenance business

Trying to start a  property maintenance/snow removal business services would range from spring/summer/fall..mowing/trimming the grass  leaf blowing  leaf brush debris removal. Gutter cleaning   Power washing  window washing  gardening weeding and planting  snow removal in the winter walk ways drive ways decks/patios  At a low hourly rate 2-3 days a week Or  all services provided  set at low monthly fee no extra cost

    Been there, man. Starting out at a super low rate is tempting, but it’s hard to raise prices later without losing customers. I’d pick one main service to lead with — like power washing or lawn care — and get really good at it first. Then add the other stuff. Monthly maintenance packages sound good on paper, but most homeowners flake after a couple months. I do better just charging per visit. Way less headache.
