What’s the single biggest game-changer you’ve made to your quoting process this year?

Whether it’s switching to batch invoicing, adding line-item photos, or setting up automatic follow-ups in Jobber, small adjustments to your workflow can save hours every week.

If you could go back to day one and change how you handle your job estimates and admin work, what’s the one tweak you’d make right away?

Drop your best tip or lesson learned below—let’s help each other streamline operations!

Biggest change for us was building the quote on site and sending it before leaving the driveway. Same-day quotes closed noticeably better than the ones I used to write at 9pm three days later, and it killed the mental backlog of unfinished estimates. Second thing was offering good/better/best instead of one number. Even when people pick the middle option, the conversation shifts from "is this too expensive" to "which one do I want," and the top tier occasionally sells on its own. Third, I stopped hand-typing line items and saved presets for the fifteen jobs I actually do, so a quote is picking items and adjusting quantities rather than writing prose each time.
