I’ve found that keeping quotes simple and easy to approve makes a big difference. Clear pricing, clear expectations, and a clear deposit requirement help eliminate unnecessary back-and-forth.

The biggest thing I’m working on now is consistent follow-up. It’s easy for a quote to sit when we get busy, so having a system that follows up without relying on me to remember has been helpful.

I’d love to know what follow-up timing others are using and whether SMS or email has been more effective.
