I love this idea, I am a big “send later” fan myself.
Finishing admin work after hours is such a real scenario for field-based businesses, and your workaround makes total sense, but you are right, it adds unnecessary steps. Being able to choose Send now or Schedule send directly from the estimate or invoice flow would feel much cleaner and more professional.
I especially like that you called out:
• Date and time selection with proper time zone handling
• Clear Scheduled / Sent / Failed status
• Ability to edit or cancel before it goes out
That is exactly the kind of practical detail that helps our Product team evaluate feasibility and impact.
