Can I also add that I also have this issue but also get customers making a request when they have an existing account but somehow adding there address again so I can have some customers with 7 different addresses which are all under the same account and all ever so slightly different. Because of the way in which requests - quote - job etc can be moved its not often caught unless you delve deep into the customer profile and find out they have multiple properties with the same address. Now we have to either leave these or delete the extra ones which deletes are the history against that particular address. So it would be better to have a way for a customer once they have an existing account to at least need to login maybe to make a new request etc or be able to merge addresses, customers etc. My jobber crm is now a complete mess of duplicate customers and addresses.
