How do you reconcile your needs vs employee or client needs?
This is a a layered question and I am always a person to go within and then take into the practical and move forward.
I would first question how aligned are you with your business and values? When was the last time you revisited them and understand why you’re doing what you’re doing; how it impacts you your future, impacts your employees and client needs. when’s the last time you revisit that question and got aligned with it?
Next, this is also why it’s important to be aware of your business values and vision because you can then align your daily operations how you manage your business your employees and your clients to stay within that vision. Answering this question your daily operation. Your business should be serving those needs on a daily basis.
For example our values in my business is honesty, creativity and integrity. Everything that is done in my business how we communicate with our clients our team needs to be aligned with that because those are essentially that need to be met.
I’m hoping I’m understanding your question because there is that needs in regarding to relieve that stress and burn out and then theirs is because those are essentially the needs that need to be met.
