We treat each and every client the same... We give them ALL top notch service and stay within our systems and processes. But, every once in a while we met clients that might not have a lot of resources to pay for their project. We allocate 1-3 projects a year where we "donate" materials and discount labor.
Example: We did a job for a divorced woman that had barely any money to prep her house for sale. We had extar materials attached the shop, so we used those and gave her a huge discount on labor.
She was so touched that her family called and thanked us. We still get referrals from that job today.
