RichardM - that was some solid advice :) Yes we quote all jobs that come in and I also find that small jobs will get you big ones. For example we cleaned for a family only once a month and it got my biggest commercial client. Had them for 10 years.
We are also bigger now so I can afford a dedicated Sales Rep to follow up on all leads and calls until they tell us to buzz off :)
I also often wonder and would love to see data on this. We do a lot of Google Ads - I would love to see how many inquiries there are in my city and how many of these actually contact us.

Google Analytics metrics should cover most of what you are looking for. I always ask potential clients how they heard of us as well.
I was looking at the Jobber insights Revenue Heatmap, and I think it would be beneficial to toggle between revenue, customer count, and leads won/lost. It seems to aggregate the data from Postal Codes/Zip Codes. I might have only one customer in an area that spends as much as 20 in another; having only a revenue heatmap throws my perception off when looking at the visual.
