We have not set our goals yet, we will do this in January with the team. I do this with my office team (office admin, supervisor and sales rep) and we invite our trainers for this meeting as well so the field has a voice. Last year goal was for us to be profitable and to implement fair wages for the team.

Yeah I set my personal goals, sales goals, and production goals and the path to success. It is pretty detailed to put here. :D Maybe I can take some pictures of our planning boards in the shop and post them here.
