What major win did you pull off for your company today, and how did you cut through the BS to get it finished?
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Well it doesnt feel like a major win though it doesnt feel small either and weather or not it amounts to anything is not the point right?

Thought provoking in the middle of the work day! A major win, for me, is making substantial movement personally as I am always the bottleneck of our home and our business. Not negotiating in my mind is huge. The work day does not get me off the hook personally and vice versa. Mindset, hooked into action steps is the only way to achieve real results and consistency if you ask me.&nbsp;
