What is your biggest success story?

I will start first.  My biggest success story is transforming my company culture from malice and gossip to a supportive and engaged team. Pretty proud and it has taken 8 years of baby steps that will never stop.

      Thank you julie​. If you love what you do and your team matters and you don't want to fight with people day in and out, have to learn and grow. :)
