I think one of the hardest parts of building a business is having the vision and commitment, but still hearing “no” from traditional lenders. I’ve experienced how frustrating it can be when you know you have a good idea and the drive to make it work, but the numbers, credit history, or time in business don’t always fit what banks are looking for. At the same time, I’ve learned that a “no” isn’t the end of the journey. It’s a reminder to keep building, improving the business plan, creating proof of success, and looking for other opportunities. Sometimes the path to success requires finding a different door when the first one won’t open.
