In addition to co-owning a carpet cleaning business I am a professional EOS Implementer. EOS is an amazing, simple toolset that helps entrepreneurial businesses flourish. I've used it in 3 different businesses (3MM to 190MM companies) over the last 10 years with great affect in every one! Happy to answer any questions or provide phone a friend support if you try to self implement EOS (it can be done, but its way more effective with a coach)
