Personally I would do this by margin. I have a dashboard of my jobber clients and I can see what margin they are all at for the year. If someone is lagging then they need a price update.

Yes, this is a dashboard I built in Base 44. It connects to Jobber's API and pulls any kind of data that I prefer and shows it to me in a way that I like. It's constantly updated because it's connected to the API. I really need to do a YouTube video on this. Keep an eye on my channel. It's called Tech Stack for the Trades, but really I just post a lot of Jobber content.
When I see a client lagging on margin, I'll usually have a conversation with my team and try to find out why. Typically, it is a disorganized contractor. The team will tell me they are making too many trips or the site isn't ready for them, this kind of thing. After that, you can either have a chat with that contractor or just start upping their prices to gain some of that margin back.

Also, I haven't done this, but I would maybe check with Jobber AI. I'm going to try it right now. I wonder if you can ask it, "Hey, show me my gross margin by client over the last year of my top 20 revenue clients."

It failed MattKaplan Matt this is the kind of thing I feel like the Jobber AI should be able to pull. Would be pretty sweet.
Here is a pic of that section of my dashboard. So outliers here for me would be: why is Coastal Glades Renovations' gross margin quite a bit lower than some of our other clients? I would go to my production coordinator, who runs their jobs, and ask him what's going on.
