Adding a workaround for anyone who lands here while this is still a request. It's job by job, but you can make it fairly painless:
- Update the Products & Services list first (export, change prices, re-import with "Update existing items") so all new work starts at the new rates.
- Send clients notice before changing anything on their jobs.
- For fixed-price recurring jobs: edit the line item on the job itself. Fixed-price invoices pull the job's line items, not the visits.
- For per-visit recurring jobs: open the first visit at the new price, change the line item, and choose "Save and update future visits".
- Avoid editing the job's schedule at the same time. It regenerates the visits and overwrites visit-level changes.
- Do it after the last old-price invoice goes out, and keep an eye on failed automatic payments after the first new one (Jobber attempts them once).
Batching by service type (all biweekly cleans, then all monthly deep cleans) makes the clicks much faster. +1 on a native bulk option though, especially with a preview of who changes and by how much before it applies.
