Notifying Crew How Much To Be Paid Per Job
We don't pay our crew hourly we pay them per job. What's the best way in Jobber to notify them how much they will be paid for each job? Is there a way?

Interesting Question. Had not considered using Piece work concept for my power washing business. If I was to try and implement such a thing, I think I might try on a percentage base of job. Using base salary and number of hrs on average to complete. Then ask my team what would incentivize them to work faster but maintain quality. I need to think about this more.
