The Quickest Firing I've Ever Done (And What I Should Have Done Differently)

In my opinion he lacked some compassion and understanding as well.  When you run a business you are not perfect just like everyone else.  You will make mistakes and sometimes these mistakes are huge.  Your team needs to understand this that you are only human as well.  I don't think he had the right attitude.  For us helpful and flexible are our core values for these reasons.
