Hi julie. What EnergizeUs is asking for is different from the Home Depot catalog integration. Home Depot Pro Referral (HDPR) is a lead generation service of Home Depot. It's an amazing offering helping both non-professional HD customers and the pros who shop at HD. What's being asked for is an integration with Home Depot Pro Referral similar to the Thumbtack integration, where leads come over from HDPR and are created automatically in Jobber. Right now, we have to enter all the customer information by hand into Jobber. If you enabled this direct connection, you might see even greater trial and adoption of Jobber's new Pipeline feature. As you could sync bi-directionally, Home Depot would benefit from automatic status updates on leads they provide, giving Home Depot more accurate, trustworthy data. That's a win for HD as right now pros self-report lead status in HDPR.
