In our request form we ask the lead what their preferred method of communication is (Phone/Email/Text) and we start with their preference when following up on invoices or quotes. We ultimately use all of those methods if they don't respond to the first two follow ups. This delay is not common for us, however, as we focus on recurring cleaning services and require a card on file. We have to follow up only if the card is declined for some reason.
