Rapid Quick Win Checklist – Pura Softwash
- Cover and Visuals. The drone powerwashing logo is clever, simple, and instantly communicates the service. It’s a strong visual identity. The cover image, however, is blurry. While the idea of using a simple sentence paired with a house graphic is solid, the quality needs to be improved. A sharp, high-quality before-and-after shot of a house would make a much stronger impression.
- Intro and About. The intro currently doesn’t communicate enough. It needs to include both the services (such as soft washing, roof cleaning, and power washing) and the service area to strengthen local SEO and help potential customers quickly know if you serve their location. The About section is incomplete and should be fully filled out. This means adding a full description, branded email, physical address, and a few sentences on why the company is different - whether that’s eco-friendly practices, unique drone technology, or being family-owned.
- Featured and Albums. There are no featured posts or photo albums right now. This is an easy win. Add two or three featured posts that highlight your best work, before-and-after shots, or even a team spotlight. Albums should also be created to help potential customers browse by project type. Suggested albums include: Before & After, Roof Cleaning, Driveways & Patios, Meet the Team, and Community Work.
- Content and Posting Frequency. The posting consistency is excellent - daily posts show commitment and energy. However, the content is heavy on before-and-after shots, which are effective, but it would be helpful to mix things up. Consider adding reels with timelapses, process videos, or even “oddly satisfying” cleaning clips that are popular online. Team introductions and educational tips about the difference between soft washing and pressure washing would also add value. Watch out for AI-heavy content. Editing or avoiding that will keep your brand voice authentic and trustworthy. I was hoping to see more drone footage - that's such a cool service!
- Engagement and Community Connection. With only a handful of followers, engagement is naturally low. That’s not a concern yet... every page starts small. The focus should be on growth strategies. Partnering with local businesses for cross-promotion, tagging neighborhoods or HOAs, running small contests, and joining community groups to share cleaning tips (not just ads) will help build awareness.
- Brand Personality. Currently, the page lacks a clear explanation of why someone should choose Pura Softwash over other providers. This is where brand personality comes in. Share your story: are you family-owned, veteran-owned, or using eco-friendly products? Do you take pride in being a local service that cares about the community? Highlighting these elements helps customers connect with the people behind the business.
💡Pro Tip. Leverage the “oddly satisfying” trend in short-form video. Before-and-after cleaning is one of the most popular social media formats. Short, 15–30 second clips with upbeat music can be pushed to Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and TikTok, giving you access to a much wider audience and building brand recognition quickly.
