Rapid Quick Win Checklist - Fresh Start Housekeeping
- First Impressions. The name and logo make it clear this is a housekeeping company, but the cover photo needs work. It’s blurry, and the background wall looks unfinished (possibly drywall - scrolled down and saw it loaded, it's a glare!). A clean, bright, staged home shot would instantly elevate credibility. The logo words are tiny - consider using just the icon for a stronger visual punch in the profile picture.
- Intro & About Section. The intro is short and catchy, “A Clean Tomorrow starts today!” but it’s missing critical SEO power. Add services (housekeeping, deep cleans, move-in/move-out) and service area (towns, counties). The About section, however, is fully completed and thorough - this is rare to see and impressive! It’s a solid foundation that gives you a leg up on competitors.
- Featured & Albums. No featured posts or albums - this is a quick win! Use featured posts to highlight core services, seasonal promos, or a personal story. Albums could showcase before/after transformations, team highlights, or seasonal projects.
- Content & Posting. Posting shows promise. Local, community-focused posts (like Walking to End Alzheimer’s) are fantastic and resonate deeply. Reels and personal photos add authenticity. However, copy-paste AI content with excessive emojis is dragging the tone down. It feels robotic, which undercuts trust. Edit AI output into a more natural, human-sounding voice. An editorial calendar would bring structure and consistency.
- Engagement & Growth. Engagement is low, but that’s normal for a small audience. To build momentum:
- Post more personal/team photos.
- Collaborate with local businesses for shares and exposure.
- Encourage clients to tag you in photos or reviews.
- Run referral or community-based campaigns (e.g., spotlighting client success stories).
- Brand Personality. Right now, the brand personality gets lost behind generic AI posts. You need to show who you are - why you started, your values, and your personal approach to housekeeping. You can still use AI, but you should train it with your brand voice so it produces content that sounds like YOU, not like a chatbot.
💡Pro Tip. Don’t just show clean homes - show the feeling of clean. Capture client reactions, the sense of relief, or even short testimonials. People don’t just buy “housekeeping,” they buy the peace of mind it brings.
