First Impression
- Positive: I like that you can clearly see it’s a cleaning company right away. The logo is easy to read and has that “clean” aesthetic - perfect fit for a cleaning brand.
- Quick Fix: The cover image is blurry (you’re not alone, I’ve seen this in a lot of these audits). The ideal Facebook cover size is 820 px wide x 312 px tall. Canva makes this super easy to size and keep crisp. Also, add more to the Featured Section… think services, awards, or community highlights. That’s prime real estate for first impressions. Finally, update your Intro to include both your services and location.
Content Strategy
- Positive: Nice mix of reviews, before/after shots, videos, and deals - this gives your audience different ways to connect with you.
- Quick Fix: Posting is inconsistent. Keep working toward a rhythm with 1–2 posts per week so you stay top-of-mind and build momentum.
Community Presence
- Positive: You’re building momentum by growing your audience to over 300, now’s the time to find what sparks their interest.
- Quick Fix: Engage more with the community: interact with local businesses, share content from partners your clients may also enjoy, and weave in more of YOU in your posts (team highlights, behind-the-scenes, etc.). Do a content audit to see which posts get the best response and lean harder into those wins.
Quick Win Checklist
- Resize cover image to 820 x 312 px and make it crisp
- Expand Featured Section with services, awards, and community highlights
- Update Intro to include services + location
- Stick to consistent posting rhythm (1–2 per week)
- Engage locally: tag or share nearby businesses, collaborate, and cross-promote
- Do a content audit to double down on top-performing post types
- Show more of your team + personality in posts
💡 Pro Tip: Launch a “Client Spotlight” or “Community Shoutout” series featuring a client’s freshly cleaned space or highlight a local business you work with. It’s authentic, strengthens ties, and keeps you rooted in the community.
