Hey Greg, we've got some work to do!
Rapid Quick Win Checklist – SepTech
- Cover & Branding. Strong cover photo with bold red/black branding on clean white looks professional and makes it clear you’re about septic system repair. Double-check whether “Canada” is meant to signal national service; if not, narrow to Alberta/Ardrossan for clarity.
- Intro & About. Rewrite the intro to clearly state services + location (“Septic system repair and maintenance in Ardrossan, Alberta”). Fully fill out the About section, especially the description, to boost trust and search ranking.
- Featured & Albums. Add a Featured section and photo albums for before/afters, project highlights, or service breakdowns. This makes the page feel active and gives shoppers something to browse.
- Posting Rhythm. Right now, it’s only NiceJob auto-posts once a month with no real updates since 2023. Pause the auto-posts (they clutter the feed) and build a consistent manual posting schedule (even 1x per week is a huge step up).
- Audience & Engagement. With 379 followers and no recent engagement, the community side has gone stale. Rebuild by sharing authentic posts (team shots, project updates, tips), and start commenting and interacting in local community groups to get fresh eyes on the page.
- Momentum. You’ve got the branding locked in; now it’s about being consistent, real, and locally visible again to bring this page back to life.
💡 Pro Tip: Kickstart engagement with a “We’re Back” post or video featuring YOU and your team, show a recent project, and invite followers to comment with questions about septic care. It resets the feed, sparks conversation, and signals the page is active again.

Thank you! This mostly re-inforces what I've been saying. I think real and authentic (and active!) beats polished and perfect for social posts and interactions. That's what we need to do and you've highlighted that, among other things, for me here.
