I wouldn’t turn them off completely—leads are just too hard to rebuild once you stop the momentum. When we get stretched thin, I prefer just trimming the ad budget back. It keeps a steady trickle of new work coming in without pushing the team over the edge, so we’re not starting from zero once things settle down.

I agree with this approach. 👍 Completely shutting the ads off can create a feast-or-famine cycle. I’d rather turn the volume down, keep some leads coming in, and protect the team from getting overwhelmed. That way, when capacity opens back up, you already have momentum instead of having to start the lead generation process all over again
