Facebook works great for us. I have feeds from FB to Instagram set but I have never had anyone tell me that they saw us on Instagram it is always FB.

Do you think there's a reason Facebook works better for your audience than Instagram? I'd be curious to know if there are certain types of posts or content that resonate most on FB.

Probably the demographics in the town where we live. We have about 25k that live in the town we are in and the average age is 60. We are in AZ and have a bunch of snowbirds most of which are 65 and up. Most in that age group are FB users over Instagram.

Most of it is Instagram. Facebook just gets all the reels reshared. TikTok is still work in progress.

Sounds like Instagram is working well for you! Do you find that resharing reels on Facebook helps with engagement there, or is it more of a 'set it and forget it' approach? Would love to hear what you're experimenting with on TikTok as well.

My biggest tip is figure out WHY you are using social media and which platform you think would be best.
Example: Some people use social media strictly as a brand awareness tool.

That’s such an important point—understanding your 'why' really does shape everything.

I have shared projects on Facebook Community pages and found a few new clients through engagement. Facebook Community Users are very active in my area, so I used that to my advantage.

Great idea using Facebook Community pages! Those local groups can be goldmines for new clients. Do you have any specific tips for engaging with the community in a way that feels natural and not overly promotional?

Any plans on integrating FB Business Pages with Jobber? I can see the Online Booking link (like Google) and connect to Messenger for Leads would be huge!

One that I absolutely love is to just tell personal stories from the business. They are true stories so no one can really call you out or challenge you because you're simply saying what happened and it builds a lot of personability and authenticity that people can relate to.
A great frame for this that I learned from Sean Puri, a host of My First Million Podcast), is the First/Last/Best/Worst/Weirdest frame. You simply come up with a topic then you tell a story about that topic using one of those prompts.
For example, say the topic is Client. You can tell a story about your First Client, your Last Client, your Best Client, your Worst Client or your Weirdest Client. Now you can just swap Client with anything else, Job, Employee, Truck/Van, Day, Tool, etc. Not all of the combos are gonna be great or make it to the content you post. But if you have just 10 Topics that's an instant 50 content pieces you could do that are personable and relatable stories that viewers might find interesting and you don't have to do some crazy creative story telling or production to get it out.
I have some example on my Instagram if you'd like to see sandiashineco on IG and Facebook
