Hi Hannah,
We had the same issue and just got verified last week. I submitted this contact form with the details - our profile was verified but not visible to the public and sat like that for months. I made sure to be as specific as possible. We received a response saying someone would contact us within 24-48 hours which didn't happen so I responded to the ticket that it had been over that length of time. 2 days later I received a new notification to verify some details and our profile was live within 24 hours.I hope this helps - sorry you're experiencing this!

Hi Hannah,
YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!
Google verification can be a real headache, especially for junk removal and other service businesses.
A lot of the problem is Google wants to make sure you’re a real business and not a fake/spam listing. A few things I’d check:
- Make sure your business name, phone number, and website match everywhere
- If you work out of your home or don’t have a storefront, make sure your profile is set up as a service area business
- Add photos of your truck, trailer, equipment, jobs, and anything with your business name on it
- Make sure your website, Facebook page, and Google profile all show the same info
- If they ask for video verification, show your work vehicle, equipment, business paperwork, and that you actually do the work
Google seems to be a lot stricter now with service businesses because of fake listings. I had trouble with mine too. Once I got everything matching and gave them enough proof it was a real business, it finally went through.
I hope this helps, and best of luck getting through the loops and hoops of Google!

Dealing with Google's verification filters in the junk removal industry is a widespread nightmare. Because the field is targeted heavily by scammers, Google’s automated system traps legitimate local businesses in endless loops.
Here is how to cut through the bureaucracy and get verified:
- Perfect Your "NAP" Match: Ensure your business Name, Address, and Phone number match your official corporate tax or registration documents down to the literal character. Any minor discrepancy will trigger an automated rejection.
- Nail the Video Verification: If prompted for a video, record one continuous, unedited shot. You must clearly show:
- Your branded trucks, trailers, or equipment.
- Official paperwork (like your business license or commercial insurance policy).
- Physical access (using keys to unlock your vehicle or office).
- Force a Manual Review: Bypass the automation. Go to the Google Business Profile Help Center, select "Contact Support," and request a Live Video Verification call. Attach your official Ltd. registration papers and a matching utility bill to prove your legitimacy to a human agent. Hope this helps you out Hannah!!!
