Years ago I tried another business out - and they had a moto .. mail your "list" consistently without exception. if your list is one, you mail that one person 3x per week. Thing is if you wait to build that marketing muscle till you have a significant enough list, you'll be missing out on a lot of repeat business. I know I'm a jobber ambassador however there's a few things in the marketing suite that can really help you:
- SEO via google business and Facebook - posting to those regularly through the marketing suite with keywords helps your internet footprint
- Reaching out to your list -DON'T be that business that just sends emails that say "hey buy from me" ... instead position yourself as an expert and just put out educational emails. Definitely pick a subject and have AI write it, throw in a couple pictures and your done.
- Set up a drip campaign - Did you know in your marketing suite you can set up a drip campaign for NEW customers? When a request comes in, set up an automation in jobber to send them a certain sequence of emails that tell them who you are and why you are awesome. Send them a new email every day for 3 days, then start to space it out. It takes time to set up but over time you will see your close percentage get better. What's the worst that could happen? They unsubscribe? Good, not your ideal customer.
- Reviews - automatically asking for reviews is a no brainer. This is very very useful.
Remember that stuff like I just mentioned is a long play and takes time to set up but pays off dividends down the road.
