Some good ideas. I had a question about review requests. We send them out after we close out jobs and really don't get a lot of people leaving reviews. Is there a hack to this? We send it twice before we leave them alone.
Yes! Have tap cards and get them to leave reviews BEFORE you leave. After they inspect the work and they are excited and say something positive, say "that sounds like a good google review". They will always say they'll leave one. Then you say "I'll do you one better, grab your phone and tap this card. This is a link to our google page. If you mention my name, my boss actually gives me a bonus. I get an even bigger bonus if you include a picture. Would you mind doing this for me real quick?"
It works very very well.
