I can see where this may be an issue if you have more of a big city culture to cater to. People still call us personally to book us and I think it is because 99% of my customers generally want someone to talk to personally. Even our commercial clients call us. Most of our clients are over the age of 50. Even if I had trouble bookingI could never think of getting rid of jobber because I like how it is set up and it is my library. It would be nice if they had more of an older generation customer geared training video to show people how to book and use their client hub.
