Hey Tdog1212 , I know it's been a few months but just thought I jump in here in case you're still looking for solutions here.
The VA route is great as others have mentioned and it's super personal.
Alternatively you could look at something like OpenPhone which has an integration with Jobber already. This would enable you to have a primary number that can ring multiple people simultaneously as well as numbers for each user/employee as you grow.
Also, with a tool like OpenPhone you can leverage automations for missed calls such as text message follow ups. That text could start a conversation or even direct them to an online Request Form.
Once you have a tool like this in place you can leverage the capabilities with the rest of your processes such as implementing automations for text messages beyond what Jobber has available natively.
