Over the past 4–5 years, our nonprofit has fielded over 15000 phone calls using a business line integrated with the ad tech call tracking platform Ringba. This system allowed us to monitor call activity, create custom IVR prompts, capture voicemails, and even prompt callers for their ZIP code. Using OpenAI integration, we translated spoken responses into actionable data enabling us to analyze trends, assess call metrics like duration and location, and facilitate real time connections at scale.
