Hey Maria, thanks for the question! A typical workflow would be to add an internal note in the Job; these notes can only be seen by team members and not clients.
Many Jobber customers use the internal notes section to communicate with teammates. Something to note, internal notes do not notify team members. If you are looking for a way to notify teammates about equipment orders, then tasks may work better for you.
