Customizing Jobber AI Receptionist for Better Conversations

I love the idea of integrating Jobber AI

  • Im trying to figure out if I can use AI receptionist, can I modify the AI, I tested  the option where I can try it and the background was distracting, the AI spoke to fast, and kept asking if there anymore questions like it was trying to get off the phone as fast as possible, and it said that someone will get back to you, but it did not say when or how fast.  In my business rodent control, people want action like yesterday, so to leave it open to when some one will back to them is not good, can I fix these problems myself in the dashboard?

    I do see it in the Website, but we aren't using the web site live.

      Great question. That functionality may have been part of an earlier version of the AI Receptionist, which is likely why you have heard it referenced before.

      At the moment, there is no dedicated section to manually input “frequently asked questions” for call handling.

      That said, if having a way to add structured FAQs for phone calls would be useful for your workflow, we would absolutely love to hear more about how you would use it. Specific use cases are incredibly helpful for our Product team.

      If you are open to sharing what kinds of questions you would want it to handle and how you would expect it to respond, I would be happy to pass that feedback along to our Development team.

    I've also talked to business owners that end up adding in 'frequently asked questions' they get from customers so their receptionist can reference these. Receptionist pulls from your Jobber account and website, but some of those FAQs might be more internal things the team just knows!
