Hey man, you should really check out a software called LiveSwitch for this.
There's an app. You pull it out and start a recording when you're on site, and just let that thing record. It has full AI that will do whatever you want with that video after the fact: create a summary, quote the job, give you line items, whatever you prompt it will give you.
Also integrates with Jobber. So the videos you take end up in the client profile inside of Jobber.

That actually sounds really useful, especially for bigger jobs where there are a lot of details to remember. Having the site walkthrough recorded and then turned into notes and line items could save a lot of time and make it easier for the crew to stay on the same page. Mims, definitely man it will blow you away. To me, it's a total no-brainer.
Also, if you want to get into virtually estimating over video, it's also the same platform I would use. As well, if you want to start having people self-interview on video for you before you hire them, it's also the same platform for that.
