Question: Can I send an invoice for a specific amount to be paid by ACH even if I haven't entered all of the data for the quote or estimate throughout the project?

Answer: You still need to create a full invoice to collect payment. If you're using progress invoicing, you could specify a % or $ amount based on the job total, to be sent to the customer as an individual invoice. Or, you could tell your customer to simply pay a certain dollar amount of the full invoice via partial payments.
