Customer Q: Is there a way to set the AI Receptionist to only answer during off hours?
A: You have full control over when your AI Receptionist is on or off for calls and/or text messages. You can turn it on so it can take calls and respond to texts when you're unavailable, and turn it off when you're ready to start your day. At this time, this is done directly from a toggle on your AI Receptionist dashboard in Jobber.
If you are using call forwarding to redirect calls made to another phone number to your AI Receptionist, check with your phone provider to learn how to forward calls to your AI Receptionist after business hours, or after a certain number of rings.
