As a business, we collect and send most of our communication to our customers via text. We don't collect email addresses. We are interested in the marketing features, but it appears to be only available by sending emails to customers. A: You have full control over when your AI Receptionist is on or off for calls and/or text messages. You can turn it on so it can take calls and respond to texts when you're unavailable, and turn it off when you're ready to start your day. At this time, this is done directly from a toggle on your AI Receptionist dashboard in Jobber. A: Your AI Receptionist won't forward calls that it has already answered. However, if it determines the call is best handled by "taking a message," it will do that. It will capture information from the caller and create a task in your Jobber calendar for you to follow up with the caller the next day. You can also use call forwarding to redirect calls made to another phone number, to your AI Receptionist (your dedicated phone number in Jobber).
