Syncing Calendars for other users

HelloI'm new here so apologies in advance if this has been asked already, although I have looked and can't see anything relating to it.&nbsp;I was wondering if there is a option where other users within my organisation can sync their jobber calendar but just showing the tasks / jobs that have been allocated to them? Before sharing the link with my team I tried it on a dummy account and I believe it shows all the jobbers, not just theirs. I'm finding that they are having to select each day to see what they have booked in, rather than it linked to their own calendar.Also, is there a little video I can forward onto the team showing them how to you jobber?Many thanksJo&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hi there, thanks for the question! It's a great idea to sync the calendars for individual team members. For them to have the calendar sync tailored to their own calendar you can Filter by those individuals &gt; grab that specific URL in the calendar sync setup!

HelloThank you for coming back to me. I have tried that but when I subscribe to the calendar by copying that tailored filter / link it still shows all the jobs for everyone.&nbsp;

Hi! Basically under "manage team" you would create each user in your organization and set their permissions. If their permissions are set so that they can only manage and complete "their own calendar", this would limit the calendar to show only whatever tasks or jobs they are assigned to. I hope this helps!

PS - my company has 28 employees so this has been the best practice for us so that they have limited viewing of the calendar.

HelloThank you for your message, I have tried this on a test account and its still showing all the tasks, not just for that one person. I done the setup as manage their own as well as well, I then copy the link for syncing calendars and everything is listed.&nbsp;
