Will the campaign marketing feature be available to text messaging?

As a business, we collect and send most of our communication to our customers via text. We don't collect email addresses. We are interested in the marketing features, but it appears to be only available by sending emails to customers. Will you be adding a text messaging feature for the add on campaign marketing?
