Double check you have the right city when the autofill picks an address.
I like that Jobber has the autofill feature when filling out an address for a new client. Yesterday though, I didn't double check I had the right city, and had to drive 90mins out of my way, there and back when, funny enough I was 12 mins away from one call to the next. So I took a call from a customer on a Friday afternoon after a busy day, he wanted service for the next week so I put in his name and address in a job booking, but forgot to take down his number! It is in my call log on my phone, but I had so many calls that day and I don't remember which number was his. I run a pest control company, i only have 75 monthly maintenance customers, I only take on a certain type of client. I'm having trouble with routing the customers, I want to take the 75 clients and split them in to daily groups, 4-6 per day, but the problem im having is seeing all the customers on the map at the same time without a bunch of other customers that are not monthly maintenance customers, it would be great if I could just see the maintenance customers and then select the groups closes to each other. the other night i spent 5 hours figuring out the routing, i'm only talking 70 customers, if I had the normal amount of maintenance customers like 500 - 1000, I would not be able to use Jobber. Wondering how many of us work in areas that have poor or no cell coverage? In my area that is quite frequent and we can't access jobber online or the app so no job time tracking or marking it as completed, etc. Is there any way around it beside waiting to have cell/data service? Hello all, I'm looking for tips on how to adjust our schedule to create the most efficient route for our technicians. As it stands, we have an online booking system that allows customers to book appointments for the following windows: morning (8:00AM-12:30PM) or afternoon (12:30PM-5:00PM). We do allow for multiple bookings in the same window and this is where the route efficiency can get messed up. In the past, we would adjust the appointment start time to create the efficient route. Now we have email automations setup and we do not want to confuse the customer by sending them an email with an arrival window different from what they originally booked. Hello, I know this might sound a bit far fetched but just like you can update account profile pictures for employees, it would be great to have this option for client accounts too. I run into this issue quite often in which i dispatch a crew to a clients house and they have a hard time locating the house or sometimes end up at the wrong house. We do use GPS system HOWEVER lol I work with a few construction companies and when a house is currently being built or just completed, gps apps dont always have current address or view of the street or house. I also work in remote areas in which at times we dont have cell service either. I was recently given a demo presentation by HousePro and it is a feature they have so I hope Jobber adds this too. Hello All, Jim from Paramount Turf Company here. I am 50 days in with Jobber and preparing for a new service line we offer at PTC with lawn applications starting in 2025. With that said, I have experience with other software companies when it comes to setting up a multiple round application program but was curious how you all do it within Jobber.
