KPI Dashboard
Does Jobber have anything in the works to show a KPI dashboard of short? Something that we can easily look at to see certain metrics important in our business. Some of these could include set goals such as booked jobs for the week, month. Some others could be close rates, total sales, etc. If not, what would be a good integration alternative?1.1KViews4likes16CommentsGetJobber in Gmail
Getjobber currently does not have native Gmail integration. CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho have proven the value of native Gmail integration My company is going forward and filling this gap for GetJobber. Will Jobber ever support importing data from older CRMs, like ServiceCEO, so we can transfer over the data we’ve collected for the past ten years and have all our information in one system? This would help streamline our operations and make it easier to transition without losing important historical data. It's hard to have data in multiple places and not have data on hand when needed makes minor tasks extremely time consuming and tedious? Please say yes 🙌485Views3likes7CommentsBest Jobber Automations
I just wanted to get a post going for these. They can be super powerful in your business and I feel like they don't get talked about enough sometimes. What are your best Jobber automations you have set up?? I really enjoy dashboards myself that give more custom information about my business. I like to use Airtable / Asana / Zapier. Cheers !12KViews14likes109CommentsBest Work Flow for Ordering
Hi everyone! Does anyone currently use Jobber in their work flow specifically for when making orders. For example if you place an order for equipment how do you let the team know? Do you set up a task in Jobber with the tracking number? Looking to optimize our current workflow and didn’t know if Jobber was a good one for it or if I need to look into another system. Thank you in advance!82Views0likes1CommentSoftware
We own a general contracting company which uses Jobber but we will be starting a separate electrical contractor company this year, the previous electrician we're bringing on used Joist for his CRM/Invoicing. His "price book" was all in his head since he owned the business and did all of the invoicing himself. We would like to create or set up a price book and use flat rate pricing. We did a demo with Housecall Pro and we liked the ability to integrate Profit Rhino as well as mark up/down as needed. It does not look like Jobber has this ability so we might not set up the new company with Jobber. I saw we can import a CSV file with our products but Housecall Pro seems to be able to update prices/costs automatically all within the system. What other software have you electrician companies used that provides this service? If you have used Housecall Pro, any downsides we should keep in mind? The CEO/owner of the GC company was sitting in on the demo for Housecall Pro and really liked the Pipeline feature, which Jobber also does not have. So we're thinking about switching both companies over to Housecall Pro. All back-end accounting will be handled by QuickBooks Online so mainly need to worry about CRM/invoicing and tracking job progression from lead to completed job.138Views1like2CommentsHow Are You Building Your Systems & Processes?
I’ve been diving into ways to build better systems and processes lately, and I’m curious to learn from the community. Whether it's managing workflows, tracking progress, or using flowcharts, there are so many tools and methods out there to explore. What are you using to stay organized, efficient, and productive? Are you a fan of tools like Lucidchart, Trello, or Asana? What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced in building systems that actually work for you or your team? Personally, I’ve been experimenting with Chatgpt and Lucidchart, but I’m always looking for fresh ideas to improve. Let’s share what’s working (or not!) and inspire each other to level up our workflows. Looking forward to hearing about your tools, processes, and insights!432Views2likes8CommentsBest way to handle inbound calls to company line?
Curious yalls thoughts. Looking to not just grow, looking to scale and improve / continue to implement systems. Currently have myself, 1 outside sales rep, and field labor crew (fence install company) current process: customer calls into company # (my cell phone). I try to answer as if it were an office line to answer asap. From that, I confirm I can Text them, I then send a request form via jobber that has basic info / few questions to answer. If / when they fill it out, I add to the schedule for a confirmed day / time to quote on site. etc…… I feel this part is a lot of back and forth, and until I have an in house admin office worker that can answer these calls the first ring - I won’t be able to truly grow / stay efficient. (If I’m tied up, I don’t like calling them back 2 hours later, etc) but also - I love having them fill out the form bc the way I have questions on it, it turns it from a warm lead, to a warmer lead. Any way to streamline this, get more efficient, improve this current process? ANY thoughts or advice - real thankful.694Views3likes11Comments
