Have you tried any bulk prepayment promos? One of my most successful campaigns to current residential clients was "Buy 10 Months, Get 2 Months Free" (essentially a 16% discount). When your clients pay for larger periods of time it lowers their churn since you aren't invoicing them as often and it'll give you a nice influx of cash to invest in other areas of the business.

Been there. Running ads every day is good, but if you’re struggling to hit 10k a month the problem usually isn’t the marketing — it’s the fulfillment. Good help is tough, so I stopped trying to scale fast. I keep my crew small and only take on what we can actually handle well. I’d rather turn down work than do a bad job and get bad reviews. For contracts, stop chasing the cheap ones. Bid higher on fewer properties. The ones that pay properly don’t nickel and dime you on every little thing. What kind of ads are you running right now?

I have no advertisements at all. Im a new business. Only 3 months so far. But ive generated over 200k in sales thus far. Ive built it apon my working career of hard work and dedication with a little good luck. And a lot of help from my ins agents word of mouth. They deal with different businesses everyday. And when I search for new business I find business gets business. If I spend money at your business they are more inclined to spend money with your business. At least that works with my cleaning company word of mouth has been a great tool.
