What’s your best approach for on-site add-ons without feeling "salesy"?

I like to show them what it is that I found. I will usually take a photo of the additional work and tell them I can show you where we found this issue and what we can do to fix it.

I think once they see what is damaged or dangerous, etc., they are way more likely to have you resolve it for them.
