I was notified that one of my suggestions will be released on this event. I really am hoping it is a way that the office can better communicate with people in the field. I leave notes from customers on jobs and never realized it wasn't being seen by the sales person making my efforts useless. I just wanted a record of communicating with my team in the field. I feel this would be an asset to anyone taking calls from customers and a great way to communicate to the salesperson and having a record of it! This would make my biggest win of 2025, better communication!
