Our biggest business win has been becoming a well oiled machine and building our team to the best it can be!

We’ve learned a lot, both good and not-so-good, but the biggest win was getting over 130 5-star reviews on Google! And guess what? We’re still rocking 5-star reviews only! We’re so blessed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stroh Electrical's biggest win so far this year has been getting our employees to engage more with Jobber. Now most of them are clocking in and out on each job. They are learning how to use it more on a daily basis versus just clocking in and out. The more I can get them to engage with it, the smoother our shop goes.

Remodeling and Renovations company here. Biggest win for us is being blessed with a great team. We have been pursuing an "Alliance" (hence our name) of skilled, in-house contractors across every trade. It's a difficult business model, of course, and surely not as lucrative as specializing in a certain trade, but our mission is to give homeowners peace of mind by offering a stress-free, one-stop shop for ALL of their remodeling needs. The Lord provides!

It's difficult to choose just ONE win for the year, however overall I would say that learning to be a better boss and utilize different tools and aspects of Jobber and similar features as well as delegation has overall increased the success of my business resulting in us beating last years sales early, increasing staff retention by a great amount compared to last year, boosting recurring clients and the ability to gain higher value contracts all of which will allow us to continue expanding and giving back to our community by creating more jobs and being able to service larger areas. Jobber really is the right too for service based businesses and I definitely recommend it to any entrepreneurs that I am coaching as a great start for their journey. My greatest achievement in 2025 was partnering with Jobber after years of trial and error in the landscaping industry. This partnership has revolutionized our business operations, making everything organized and efficient for any company serious about profitability. What makes this win even more significant is that my 21-year-old son has begun following in my footsteps. Over the past 35 years, I’ve built a career as a professional landscaper and design consultant, emphasizing the importance of doing things the right way consistently. Jobber has made this lesson easier to implement. The streamlined operations have reduced paperwork burden, allowing us to focus more on business growth. The user-friendly system has instilled confidence in my son, enabling him to take on the business side of the business, not just the fieldwork. For me, the greatest triumph is establishing a company that is not only more profitable and efficient but also one that my son is proud and excited to be a part of.

My biggest win was starting a handyman service with Jobber leading the way for an efficient website, lead generator and ability to quote, schedule and invoice all from my phone!

The biggest win of @pureBlissCleaning this year was securing a bartering deal with the local Chamber of Commerce in exchange for tons of events and advertising exposure.
